Mountain Vista Academy Enrollment open 2026!
This past year at Mountain Vista Homestead has been nothing short of incredible!
We have watched children grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability as they worked with their hands, learned from the land, and built meaningful friendships. There is something truly special happening here. As we look ahead, we are excited to open enrollment for Fall 2026.
With limited spaces available, we invite families who feel aligned with this vision to reach out and begin the conversation.
Each day is a gift!
For the past several years, our family has welcomed students into our home to learn alongside us, and it has been a joyful and deeply rewarding experience! We are thrilled to include a preschool class (ages 3-6) and an elementary class (ages 7-11).
Our preschool class meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and our elementary program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Each day includes animal chores, scripture study, individual core work in math, reading, and writing, and a shared subject such as history, science, art, or geography. Children spend ample time outdoors, enjoy simple meals prepared from fresh homestead foods, and engage in hands-on, seasonal projects that foster a love for nature and stewardship. We are intentionally keeping our class sizes small, with only 10 preschoolers and 10 elementary students per session, to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience.
